Stream job events
Server-Sent Events for one async transcript job. A snapshot event is always emitted first (so a completion that happened before subscribing is not lost), followed by stage events and a terminal completed or failed. Owner-scoped; reconnect on a dropped stream. EventSource cannot set headers, so authenticated clients use fetch/streaming.
AuthorizationBearer <token>
Session token (cookie-based auth in browser) or developer API key (tr_ prefix). API keys require the transcripts scope for /v1/transcript and the batches scope for /v1/batch.
