## Frequently asked questions

### What can I do on the Free plan?

Free includes 1 cloud transcript up to 10 minutes, 10 ASR minutes, and 2 AI Credits each UTC day. It supports one video at a time and does not include batch processing.

### Which plan should I choose?

Lite is designed for individual and lighter use. Pro adds substantially more monthly transcription and AI capacity for regular professional work. Max is for high-volume workflows that need the highest batch limits, concurrency, and priority support.

### When do included allowances reset?

Free allowances reset daily at 00:00 UTC. Monthly subscriptions reset on each monthly renewal. Annual subscriptions receive twelve months of included usage once at the start of the annual billing period. Unused included usage does not roll over.

### How does annual billing work?

Annual billing charges the discounted yearly price and releases twelve times the monthly transcript, ASR, and AI Credit allowances at the start of the annual period.

### What are the Max plan limits?

Each month Max includes 5,000 cloud transcripts, 15,000 ASR minutes, 5,000 AI Credits, and batches of up to 500 videos. Annual Max receives twelve times those allowances at the start of the year.

### Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. A plan or billing-term change is scheduled for your next renewal, so your current plan and allowance stay unchanged until the current billing period ends. You can cancel from Account → Subscription.
